Burton and Ashley Salthouse are blessed to be the parents of 6 wonderful children ages 1 to 10. They are happily serving and fellowshipping in a network of house churches in Lancaster County PA. With God’s help, they plan to speak on practical lessons they learned from their 9 years in communal living.
Ron and Christine Lamicela were born and raised in NYC, were born again in 1982, and moved to Lancaster County, PA with their four children in 2000. They are members of Charity Christian Fellowship. They desire to reach out to people who are missing out on life and fellowship due to chronic illness.
Zack Johnson is the Dean of Students at Sattler College. He is passionate about Christianity and world change and previously served in the Air Force before receiving an honorable discharge as a conscientious objector and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a graduate certificate in Conflict Transformation from EMU’s Center for Justice and Peacebuilding, and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
Matthew and Jennifer Glick have spent their five years of marriage between West Africa (with the SENT II program) and Maine, where they now live with their three-year-old Emily and baby due in July. Their passion is that the Church be vital so as to bring Jesus as much glory as possible. They view strong fellowship with other believers as an important part of achieving this goal. Matthew and Jennifer are thankful for what their cross-cultural experience has taught them as well as for their families who taught them by example to practice and love hospitality.
Rodney and Dawn Nolt love to inspire people towards healthy and effective interpersonal relationships. They share their passion through training, missionary debriefing and organizational coaching. Rodney holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Elizabethtown University, while Dawn is a sought-after speaker in women’s conferences on relational and soul care topics. They currently live in Lancaster County with their four children.
Lyndon Risser is passionate about supporting this generation of leaders by sharing what he has learned in 35 years as a business owner, coach and serving on several ministry boards. He believes in the potential of his children and their generation to impact eternity and finish well. He believes the success of every relationship, business and church can be measured by the conversations they are not having, and the conversations they are having poorly. He is committed to do all he can to facilitate better conversations.
Dean Taylor is well known throughout the Anabaptist world for his speaking and ministry. He is currently president of Sattler College in Boston. He previously worked among refugees in Lesvos, Greece, has served as an ordained minister in Anabaptist churches, and has spoken and taught extensively.
